What it means to be a Founder
Posted in General on March 24th, 2009 by admin – 1 CommentHave you ever had the experience of being the First in Line?
Do you remember where it was and what it felt like?
Of course you do. It may have been when you were first in line at a premiere movie opening. Or maybe you were the first in line to buy a limited edition car-or you had the opportunity being first in line to meet a famous dignitary. Imagine being first in line to participate in Google’s IPO.
We have all heard of many great success stories in real estate and wondered, “How did they know about that?” Many of them had friends in places that told them about the pending deal and how to participate. Usually they were able to enter in well before the general public even knew about it. There is a little known entry level called a “Founder.”
Sales and Marketing firms along with the Developers will set aside a limited number of luxury properties for Founders. Depending upon the region of the world, the Founder entry position may be limited to less than 75 entry levels for all combined resort properties, and once they are gone it may be twelve to eighteen months before another Founder project comes along–making the Founder position one of the most sought after lucrative investment in the luxury real estate market.
