Memberships will be available to all Villa owners on the island and VIP memberships will be marketed through our partners including Quintessentially, our concierge service.

Mayan Island Beach Club Owner/Founder (1 share) of ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) is for:

Ownership of Beach Club and full share in equity and net cash flow of all revenues
Lifetime family membership (transferable) to beach club and all amenities
20% lifetime discount at bar/restaurant
Owners may request a full 110% refund after the beach club opens and for a period of 2 years thereafter. Owner is entitled to a full 110% refund if not fully satisfied (initial investment plus 10%). All refund will be paid out within 30 days of such request during this time period. The beach club is anticipated to open July 15th, 2010.
Owners will be given monthly updates on the progress of the beach club construction, services, and amenity additions during implementation. Upon completion of the beach club, owners will be given monthly updates on upcoming events, parties, and activities.
